I've seen lots of people (EleventhGorgeous!) on YouTube rave about this eyeliner.

I have never been a big fan of felt tip-liner-pens, because I think they tend to dry pretty quickly. But if what T and S on EleventhGorgeous are saying is true, this won't dry out! And even if it does, it doesn't really matter. Coz I only payed $1,99 for it. So cheaaaap!
